The invention discloses a method for vertically erecting a horizontal high-pressure heater by using a crane, which is characterized in that the crane is positioned above the front end of the high-pressure heater, and the crane is used for applying a forward acting force to the high-pressure heater while applying an upward pulling force to the front end of the high-pressure heater; and the rear end of the high-pressure heater slides forwards along with upward lifting of the front end until the rear end of the high-pressure heater is located under the crane, and the high-pressure heater is vertically erected. A carrying table and a track for the carrying table to slide are arranged, the high-pressure heater is horizontally placed on the carrying table, and forward acting force is applied to the high-pressure heater to enable the rear end of the high-pressure heater to slide forwards along with upward lifting of the front end, namely forward acting force is applied to the carrying table to enable the carrying table to slide forwards until the rear end of the high-pressure heater is located under the crane. The device has the advantages that the large and overweight long-tank-shaped high-pressure heater can be smoothly and vertically erected on the carrying table, and facilities such as a hydraulic cylinder and a winch do not need to be additionally used; the operation is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种利用吊机将卧放的高压加热器垂向竖立的方法,是使吊机位于高压加热器的前端上方,利用吊机对高压加热器的前端施加向上的拉力的同时,对高压加热器施加向前的作用力,使高压加热器的后端随着前端的向上升起而向前滑移,直至高压加热器后端位于吊机的正下方,使高压加热器垂直竖立。设置载台和供载台滑行的轨道,将高压加热器卧放在载台上,所述对高压加热器施加向前的作用力,使高压加热器的后端随着前端的向上升起而向前滑移,是对载台施加向前的作用力,使载台向前滑行,至高压加热器后端位于吊机的正下方。其优点在于:能够将大型、超重的长罐状高压加热器在载台上顺利的垂向竖立起来,且无需另外使用液压缸和绞盘等设施;操作方便。
