The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses a plate-type eddy current elevator buffer, which comprises a mounting base fixed at the bottom of an elevator shaft, an outer pipe fixed on the mounting base, and a piston rod movably inserted in the outer pipe up and down, a non-magnetic magnetic sleeve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the piston rod, a fixed magnetic cylinder is fixedly arranged in the outer pipe, U-shaped magnetic poles are annularly arranged in the fixed magnetic cylinder, and the protruding side edges of the non-magnetic magnetic sleeve are matched with the interiors of the U-shaped magnetic poles in a one-to-one mode. Therefore, the non-magnetic conductive sleeve slides up and down in the groove in the middle of the U-shaped magnetic pole under the condition that the non-magnetic conductive sleeve is not in contact with the U-shaped magnetic pole. The damping device is suitable for elevators at any speed, the damping force is increased along with increase of the speed, and the buffering effect is improved accordingly. Due to the fact that the eddy current damping force is in direct proportion to the movement speed of the non-magnetic conductive sleeve and is also related to the intensity and the change rate of the magnetic field, the size and the distribution of the magnetic field are adjusted according to parameters of the elevator, and the damping force is controllable.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,公开了一种板式电涡流电梯缓冲器,本发明包括固定在电梯井道底部的安装底座以及固定在所述安装底座上的外管,还包括上下活动插装在所述外管内的活塞杆,其中所述活塞杆的下端固定设有非磁性导磁套管,在所述外管内固定设有内部环形设置着U型磁极的固定式磁筒,而所述非磁性导磁套管的凸起侧边与所述U型磁极内一一匹配,这样所述非磁性导磁套管在所述U型磁极中部开槽在不接触的情况下上下滑动。本发明通过适用于任何速度的电梯,阻尼力随速度增大而增大,缓冲效果随之提高。这是因为电涡流阻尼力与非磁性导磁套管的运动速度成正比,也与磁场的强度和变化率有关,根据电梯的参数调节磁场的大小和分布,实现阻尼力可控。
