The invention discloses an elevator group control scheduling method based on an improved NSGA-II algorithm, and belongs to the field of elevator group control scheduling methods. The method comprises the steps that elevator calling and elevator state data are obtained, an elevator operation mathematical model is established, the total elevator waiting and taking time of passengers and the total energy consumption of a system serve as optimization targets, and a fitness function of the targets is established; introducing heuristic population initialization, adaptive crossover mutation rate and the like to improve an NSGA-II algorithm, and solving multiple targets by improving the NSGA-II algorithm to obtain a pareto solution set; automatically judging the current traffic mode according to the solution distribution of the pareto solution set; and making a decision on the pareto solution set according to the traffic mode, the fitness value of the solution and the decision scheme to obtain an optimal solution, namely an elevator dispatching scheme. According to the method, the traffic mode is automatically judged in the solving process, the problem that an optimization algorithm depends on the traffic mode before calculation can be solved, and rapid convergence and local optimum jumping can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进NSGA‑II算法的电梯群控调度方法,属于电梯群控调度方法领域。该方法包括:获取呼梯和电梯状态数据,建立电梯运行数学模型,以乘客总侯梯乘梯时间、系统总能耗为优化目标,并构建目标的适应度函数;引入启发式种群初始化、自适应交叉变异率等对NSGA‑II算法进行改进,通过改进NSGA‑II算法对多目标求解,获得pareto解集;根据pareto解集解的分布自动判断当前交通模式;根据交通模式、解的适应度值和决策方案对pareto解集进行决策,得到最优解,即派梯方案。该方法通过在求解过程中自动判断交通模式,可解决优化算法在计算前对交通模式的依赖,并能快速收敛和跳出局部最优。
