The sampling method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional model of a target lake; in the initial value sampling area, sampling fixed points are taken on the water surface; calculating positioning coordinates of the unmanned aerial vehicle carrying the inflatable rubber boat; correcting a sampling fixed point where the inflatable rubber boat arrives to obtain an accurate sampling fixed point; a precise sampling area is obtained by adopting a parallel projection method, sampling is carried out on sampling points, and whether a collected water sample meets requirements or not is evaluated.
