The same pan-tilt camera is fixedly installed in the two installation sleeves and used for shooting images of the submarine cable, when the cable is detected, the first auxiliary shooting mechanism drives the vibration plate to clean silt on the surface of the cable, then the second auxiliary shooting mechanism pumps away turbid water carrying the silt shaken off by the vibration plate, and therefore the cable is detected. And the shooting effect of the pan-tilt camera is prevented from being affected by sediment shielding in turbid water, so that the pan-tilt camera can shoot a clear cable surface pattern, and the inspection detection accuracy of the robot can be greatly improved.
