The invention relates to the technical field of maritime work equipment, and provides an offshore trestle with a wave compensation function, the offshore trestle comprises a lifting tower and an offshore trestle lifting platform, the offshore trestle lifting platform is slidably connected to a lifting track through a clamping seat; a locking device is arranged between the offshore trestle lifting platform and the lifting tower; the offshore trestle is provided with an outer gangway ladder and an inner gangway ladder which can move in a relatively telescopic manner; the end of the outer gangway ladder is connected to the slewing mechanism, and the middle of the outer gangway ladder is connected to the slewing mechanism through the pitching mechanism. The jacking device is mounted at the front end part of the inner gangway ladder, and the jacking device is provided with an impact compensation mechanism. Impact generated by marine environment changes can be effectively buffered, compensated and adapted, and the connection stability of the marine trestle and the wind power platform is improved.
