The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted optical platform lifting device which comprises an optical platform, a damping mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a base, an auxiliary support, a Z-shaped support and a guiding and positioning structure. Upper equipment is installed and borne on the upper table top of the optical platform, the lower table top of the optical platform is fixedly installed on a connecting plate of the vibration reduction mechanism in a bolt connection mode, and the vibration reduction mechanism is placed on the upper plane of the vehicle-mounted auxiliary frame. The lifting mechanism is fixedly installed on a vehicle-mounted auxiliary frame through a base and an auxiliary support. One end of the Z-shaped support is fixedly mounted on a lifter of the lifting mechanism in a bolt connection manner, and the other end of the Z-shaped support is a free end and is sleeved between the optical platform and the damping mechanism through a guide positioning structure; and the Z-shaped support supports the optical platform to realize axial lifting motion in a working state, and compresses a channel steel base of the vibration reduction mechanism to realize vibration isolation and buffering in a transportation state. The device is simple and reliable in structure, flexible in lifting motion, simple and convenient to operate and maintain, and good in reliability of working lifting/transportation vibration reduction state switching.

    本发明公开了一种车载光学平台升降装置,包括:光学平台、减振机构、升降机构、基座、辅助支撑、Z形支撑、导向定位结构;光学平台上台面安装和承载上装设备,下台面采用螺栓连接方式安装固定于减振机构的连接板上,减振机构落放在车载副车架上平面;升降机构通过基座和辅助支撑安装固定于车载副车架上;Z形支撑一端采用螺栓连接方式安装固定在升降机构的升降器上,另一端为自由端并通过导向定位结构套于光学平台与减振机构之间;Z形支撑在工作状态下支撑光学平台实现轴向升降运动,运输状态下压紧减振机构的槽钢基座实现隔振缓冲。本发明结构简单可靠、升降运动灵活、操作和维护简单方便、工作升降/运输减振状态切换可靠性好。
