The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell emergency power supply vehicle based on a solid hydrogen storage technology, which comprises a second-class chassis vehicle and a vehicle-mounted power station box body arranged on the second-class chassis vehicle, and the internal space of the vehicle-mounted power station box body is divided into a cable winch cabin, a lithium battery cabin, an electrical control cabin, a fuel cell engine cabin and a radiator platform, the cable winch cabin, the lithium battery cabin, the electrical control cabin and the fuel cell engine cabin are sequentially arranged from the tail to the head, and the radiator platform is located above the fuel cell engine cabin; and a hydrogen storage module space is arranged below the fuel cell engine compartment. According to the hydrogen fuel cell emergency power supply vehicle based on the solid-state hydrogen storage technology, hydrogen is stored through the solid-state hydrogen storage module, power is generated through the fuel cell engine, the lithium battery serves as energy storage equipment, and when the emergency power guarantee requirement occurs, the hydrogen energy emergency power supply vehicle can supply power to a load system of a user; the whole vehicle is compact in structure, high in space utilization rate, easy to install, easy to maintain in the later period, easy to operate and the like.

    本发明公开了一种基于固态储氢技术的氢燃料电池应急电源车,包括二类底盘车和设置在其上的车载电站箱体,车载电站箱体的内部空间分为电缆绞盘舱、锂电池舱、电气控制舱、燃料电池发动机舱和散热器平台,电缆绞盘舱、锂电池舱、电气控制舱和燃料电池发动机舱从车尾至车头方向依次设置,散热器平台位于燃料电池发动机舱的上方;燃料电池发动机舱的下方设置有储氢模块空间。本发明的基于固态储氢技术的氢燃料电池应急电源车,通过固态储氢模块储存氢气,由燃料电池发动机发电,锂电池作为储能设备,当出现应急保电需求时,氢能应急电源车可为用户的负载系统供电;整车结构紧凑,空间利用率高,兼具易于安装、易于后期维护、易于操作等特性。
