The invention discloses a zero-gravity seat motor control method and system. The method comprises the steps that S101, all motor adjusting position signals are obtained through a motor adjusting instruction; s102, judging whether a corresponding motor range needs to be adjusted or not according to each motor adjusting position signal; and S103, if so, adjusting the rotation range of the motor according to the adjustment size and direction information. Wherein the motor adjusting instruction can comprise any one of a control instruction output by a touch screen controller, a key control instruction or a control instruction output by a pressure signal detected by a pressure sensor. Therefore, the adjustment position signals of all the motors are obtained by adopting multiple selectable adjustment instructions, and the corresponding parts of the seat are adjusted according to the adjustment position signals of all the motors, so that adjustment of the zero-gravity seat is more convenient, and manual adjustment operation is reduced.
