The method comprises the steps that the method is applied to a server side, charging duration and a target charging mode of a user sent by a user terminal are received, the user terminal is used for displaying a charging interface, a charging duration input area is displayed on the charging interface, and the user terminal is further used for displaying candidate charging modes on the charging interface; the user terminal determines a target charging mode selected by a user based on a touch operation of the user on the charging mode control corresponding to the candidate charging mode on the charging interface, determines a candidate charging channel based on the charging duration and the target charging mode, sends information of the candidate charging channel to the user terminal for display, determines the target charging channel, and sends the information of the candidate charging channel to the user terminal for display. And under the condition that the charging execution condition is met, a charging starting instruction is sent to a charging pile, and the charging pile is used for charging the user vehicle through the target charging channel based on the charging duration in response to the charging instruction.
