The invention discloses a suspension system comprising four shock absorbers. Each shock absorber comprises a compression cavity and a rebound cavity. The suspension system has four hydraulic circuits, each including a crossing hydraulic line extending between shock absorbers located at opposite angles of the vehicle (i.e., between a left front shock absorber and a right rear shock absorber, or between a right front shock absorber and a left rear shock absorber). The suspension system also includes four electromechanical comfort valves for opening and closing four bridge hydraulic lines extending between intersecting hydraulic lines at each corner of the vehicle. Each crossover hydraulic line is connected to the manifold assembly through a respective manifold hydraulic line. The manifold assembly includes four manifold valves and two manifold comfort valves connected to the pump assembly. All six comfort valves are electromechanical valves that can be activated during turning, braking, and acceleration to control roll and pitch of the vehicle.
