According to the invention, the charging state of the electric vehicle in each charging area is obtained in advance, the charging completion time is determined, the to-be-charged vehicle is guided to the temporary parking points of different areas according to the entering sequence of the to-be-charged vehicle entering the underground garage, and the charging state of the to-be-charged vehicle in the charging area is obtained in real time by matching the charging replacement response module. And the position of the current charging area and the to-be-charged vehicle at the corresponding parking point are positioned, and the position of the to-be-charged vehicle at the temporary parking point of the current charging area is changed by a garage safeguard, so that the charging empty window period of the charging area is reduced, and the situation that the to-be-charged vehicle is randomly parked, congestion occurs when the to-be-charged vehicle moves to the charging area later, and the charging efficiency is affected is avoided.

    本发明涉及汽车充电管理技术领域,具体地说,涉及适用于公共建筑地下车库的汽车充电管理系统。其包括车牌识别模块、停靠点引导平台、电车停靠区域划分平台以及匹配充电更换响应模块。本发明通过提前获取各个充电区域的电车充电状态,确定其充电完成时间,按照进入地下车库的待充电车的进入顺序引导待充电车至不同区域的临时停靠点,同时通过匹配充电更换响应模块实时获取充电区域充电车辆的充电状态,定位当前充电区域位置以及对应停靠点的待充电车,通过车库保管员对当前充电区域的临时停靠点上待充电车进行位置更换,减少充电区域出现充电空窗期,避免待充电车随机停车,导致后期移动至充电区域时出现拥堵,影响其充电效率。
