The invention discloses a traffic light timing optimization method based on a scheme library and a regional evaluation particle swarm algorithm, and mainly relates to the field of smart cities and intelligent optimization. A mathematical model is often used in an existing traffic light timing scheme, precision is poor, an optimal timing scheme cannot be found, the timeliness of a traffic light optimization problem cannot be considered in an intelligent optimization algorithm for the traffic light timing scheme at present, and therefore the scheme cannot be given in time. According to the method, a regional evaluation particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted, the number of times of adaptive value evaluation is fully reduced in a clustering mode, and a good optimization result can be obtained in the limited number of times of adaptive value evaluation; meanwhile, a scheme library is provided, and the purpose of giving out a timing scheme in real time according to the traffic flow is achieved in a mode of pre-storing existing traffic flow-timing scheme pairs.
本发明公开了一种基于方案库及区域评估粒子群算法的交通灯配时优化方法,主要涉及智慧城市以及智能优化领域。现有的交通信号灯配时方案常使用数学模型,在精度上有所欠缺,往往无法找到最优配时方案,而当今针对交通灯配时方案的智能优化算法,往往无法考虑到交通信号灯优化问题的时效性,因此无法做到即时给出方案。本方法采用了一种区域评估粒子群优化算法,通过聚类的方式充分减少适应值评估次数,使得能在有限的适应值评估次数中得到较好的优化结果;同时还提出了方案库,通过预先存储已有车流量—配时方案对的方式,达到根据车流量实时给出配时方案的目的。
