The invention discloses a highway abnormal traffic assessment method and system based on early warning equipment counting, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, enabling early warning equipment to generate a highway section time flow sequence and a vehicle operation state according to the vehicle driving condition; the information is sent to the central server for processing; secondly, the average flow rate of the current road section is calculated based on the vehicle running state, and then the traffic volume of the current road section is calculated; then, based on the traffic volume, the road congestion degree, namely different traffic flow states, is judged by calculating the grade of the expressway service level epsilon; and finally, respectively checking different traffic flow states, judging traffic abnormal conditions of adjacent early warning equipment sections of the expressway, and carrying out corresponding warning processing work for different abnormal states. According to the method, the importance of traffic flow on vehicle state inspection is fully considered, the accuracy of highway traffic abnormity judgment is improved, and the highway traffic safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于预警设备计数的高速公路异常交通评估方法及系统,首先,预警设备根据车辆行驶状况生成高速公路截面时间流量序列和车辆运行状态;并将信息发送到中央服务器进行处理;其次,基于车辆运行状态计算当前路段的平均流率,进而计算出当前路段的交通量;然后,基于交通量,通过计算高速公路服务水平ε等级判断道路拥挤程度,即不同的车流状态;最后,针对不同的车流状态分别检验、判定高速公路相邻预警设备区间的交通异常情况,并针对不同的异常状态进行相应的警示处理工作。本发明充分考虑了交通流量对车辆状态检验的重要性,提高了高速公路交通异常判断的准确性,确保高速公路交通安全。
