The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic control, and relates to a high-low pressure energy accumulator switching hydraulic control system which comprises a low pressure energy accumulator, a high pressure energy accumulator, a hydraulic cylinder, a servo control pump set, a first hydraulic control one-way valve and a second hydraulic control one-way valve. The low-pressure energy accumulator and the high-pressure energy accumulator are connected with a plug cavity of the hydraulic cylinder through a first hydraulic control one-way valve and a second hydraulic control one-way valve respectively, and the one-way conduction direction of the first hydraulic control one-way valve is from the low-pressure energy accumulator to the plug cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. And the one-way conduction direction of the second hydraulic control one-way valve is from the plug cavity of the hydraulic cylinder to the high-pressure energy accumulator. In the switching process of the high-pressure energy accumulator and the low-pressure energy accumulator, oil ways between the high-pressure energy accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder and between the low-pressure energy accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder are in a conducting state at any time, the phenomenon of oil pumping between the high-pressure energy accumulator and the low-pressure energy accumulator is avoided, and the control requirement for opening or closing the high-pressure energy accumulator and the low-pressure energy accumulator is lowered.

    本发明属于液压控制技术领域,涉及一种高低压蓄能器切换液压控制系统,包括低压蓄能器、高压蓄能器、液压缸以及伺服控制泵组,且所述液压缸的两腔对应连接伺服控制泵组的两腔,还包括第一液控单向阀和第二液控单向阀;所述低压蓄能器和高压蓄能器分别通过第一液控单向阀和第二液控单向阀与液压缸的塞腔连接,且所述第一液控单向阀单向导通方向为从低压蓄能器到液压缸的塞腔,所述第二液控单向阀单向导通方向为从液压缸的塞腔到高压蓄能器。本发明在高、低压蓄能器切换的过程中,高、低压蓄能器与液压缸之间的油路在任何时候,均处于导通状态,并且高、低压蓄能器之间不会发生相互窜油的现象,降低了高、低压蓄能器打开或关闭的控制要求。
