The invention discloses a winch traction shipping system for a non-floating wharf design and a shipping method of the winch traction shipping system. The shipping system comprises a self-propelled barge, a steel trestle, a supporting system, a shipping trolley and a traction system. One end of the steel trestle is in sliding connection with the self-propelled barge, the other end of the steel trestle is hinged to the embankment abutment, the supporting system comprises a supporting pile foundation and a supporting portal, the supporting portal is supported by the supporting pile foundation, and a hydraulic supporting rod is arranged on the supporting portal and hinged to the steel trestle; the traction system comprises a brake winch on the embankment, and a shipping traction winch and an in-place traction winch on the self-propelled barge; the self-propelled barge is positioned by an adjustable pile gripper assembly; according to the shipping system, the bridge body is supported through the hydraulic supporting rods of the pile foundation portal frame structure, one end of the bridge body is in sliding connection with the deck of the self-propelled barge, the other end of the bridge body is connected in a hinged mode, the posture can be adjusted according to lifting of the self-propelled barge, the supporting rigidity of the steel trestle and safety and stability of the self-propelled barge are guaranteed, and the shipping method is simple, easy to implement, high in working efficiency and suitable for popularization and application. The shipping process is high in safety, and the total shipping cost is lower.

    本发明公开的无浮式码头设计的卷扬机牵引出运系统及其出运方法,出运系统包括自航驳、钢栈桥、支撑系统、出运小车及牵引系统;钢栈桥一端与自航驳滑接,另一端与岸堤墩台铰接,支撑系统包括支撑桩基和支撑门架,支撑门架由支撑桩基支撑,其上设液压支撑杆,液压支撑杆铰接钢栈桥,牵引系统包括岸堤上的制动卷扬机、自航驳上的出运牵引卷扬机和就位牵引卷扬机,自航驳由可调抱桩器组件定位;该出运系统采用桩基门架结构的液压支撑杆进行桥体支撑,桥体一端与自航驳甲板滑接,另一端采用铰接方式连接,其可根据自航驳升降调整姿态,确保钢栈桥的支撑刚度和自航驳的安全稳定,其出运方法简单易行,工作效率高,出运过程安全性高,总体出运成本更低。
