An elevator car vibration signal and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) data time synchronization method based on correlation analysis belongs to the field of elevator monitoring and comprises the following steps: step 1, data acquisition; 2, preprocessing vibration data; step 3, carrying out downsampling and filtering on the vibration signal; step 4, preprocessing the SCADA data; 5, SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) data interception; step 6, carrying out SCADA speed finite difference; seventhly, vibration and SCADA data correlation coefficients are calculated; 8, carrying out circular search on correlation coefficients; ninthly, correlation coefficients are selected; 10, calculating the reference difference between the SCADA and the vibration time; and eleventhly, time synchronization is carried out. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out data interception at a corresponding time interval on a preprocessed vibration signal and SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) data; secondly, calculating a correlation coefficient of the intercepted vibration and SCADA data through a window with a determined step length; and finally, on the basis of the maximum correlation value obtained through circular search and the corresponding timestamp, the SCADA and vibration time reference difference is determined so as to automatically match the SCADA and vibration time, and manual intervention is not needed.

    一种基于相关分析的电梯轿厢振动信号与SCADA数据时间同步的方法,属于电梯监测领域,包括以下步骤:第一步、数据采集;第二步、振动数据预处理;第三步、振动信号降采样及滤波;第四步、SCADA数据预处理;第五步、SCADA数据截取;第六步、SCADA速度有限差分;第七步、振动及SCADA数据相关系数计算;第八步、相关系数循环搜索;第九步、相关系数选择;第十步、计算SCADA和振动时间基准差;第十一步、时间同步。本方法首先,通过对预处理后振动信号与SCADA数据进行相应时间间隔的数据截取;其次,通过确定步长的窗口计算截取到的振动及SCADA数据进行相关性系数;最后,基于循环搜索得到的最大相关性值及其对应的时间戳,并确定SCADA和振动时间基准差进而自动匹配SCADA和振动时间,无需人工干预。
