The invention relates to the technical field of aviation brake aircraft wheels, in particular to a composite heat shield design method for an aviation brake aircraft wheel, a heat shield and an aircraft wheel. The device comprises an outer heat insulation plate, an inner heat insulation plate, a heat insulation layer and a welding piece; one end of the outer heat insulation plate is used for being connected with the hub part of the hub, and the other end of the outer heat insulation plate extends to the hub opening and is connected with the inner wall of the hub opening; the inner arc face of the inner heat insulation plate and the outer arc face of the outer heat insulation plate are oppositely arranged, a gap is reserved between the inner arc face and the outer arc face, the opposite edges of the inner heat insulation plate and the outer heat insulation plate are connected, and the inner diameter of the outer heat insulation plate is the same as that of a hub of an airplane wheel. The heat insulation layer is arranged in a gap between the inner arc surface of the inner heat insulation plate and the outer arc surface of the outer heat insulation plate; one end of the welding piece is connected to the outer heat insulation plate. The device is used for axial positioning, radial positioning and circumferential positioning of the composite heat insulation screen, so that the stability of the composite heat insulation screen is improved.

    本发明涉及航空刹车机轮技术领域,具体涉及一种用于航空刹车机轮的复合式隔热屏设计方法、隔热屏以及机轮,该装置包括:外隔热板、内隔热板、隔热层以及焊接片;外隔热板的一端用于和轮毂的毂部连接,外隔热板的一端延伸至毂口处且与毂口内壁连接;内隔热板的内弧面与外隔热板的外弧面相对设置且之间留有间隙,内隔热板和外隔热板的相对边之间连接,外隔热板的内径与机轮的轮毂内径相同;隔热层设置在内隔热板的内弧面与外隔热板的外弧面之间的间隙中;焊接片一端连接在外隔热板上。本装置对复合式隔热屏的轴向定位、径向和周向定位,从而提高复合隔热屏的稳定性。
