By analyzing the condition of simultaneous regenerative braking of multiple trains in the existing running diagram, the running diagram of the trains is optimized and adjusted, simultaneous regenerative braking of two or more trains within a certain length range of a rail transit line is avoided, the number of the trains for traction and the number of the trains for regenerative braking within the same time are consistent, and the efficiency is improved. Train regenerative braking energy is fully utilized, and traction energy consumption of rail transit is greatly reduced.
