The charging gun module comprises a charging cable assembly, two power lines, a plurality of signal lines and a liquid cooling pipe are arranged in an insulating jacket of the charging cable assembly, one end of the liquid cooling pipe is at least communicated with working medium cavity liquid inlets of the two power lines, and the other end of the liquid cooling pipe is used for inputting a liquid cooling working medium. And the working medium cavity liquid outlets of the two power lines are used for outputting the liquid cooling working medium. According to the arrangement, the cable conductor and the working medium flowing in parallel conduct heat exchange at the same time, the temperature uniformity is guaranteed, and on the basis of the same working medium flow and the same heat conduction sectional area, cascade temperature rise can be effectively reduced. The same cable structure can be used for supporting an application scene with higher charging power, the product cost generated by the redundant design of the structure is effectively avoided, and a technical guarantee is provided for the reasonable design of a heat dissipation framework.
