The medium-low-speed magnetic levitation vehicle comprises a suspension frame body, a supporting arm and a sliding table assembly. The suspension frame body comprises two longitudinal beams and a cross beam, and the two ends of the cross beam are fixedly connected with the middles of the two longitudinal beams respectively. The corbels are positioned at two ends of the longitudinal beam; the number of the sliding table assemblies is two, and the two sliding table assemblies are located on the two longitudinal beams correspondingly. The sliding table assembly comprises a sliding table, an air spring and a connecting rod, the bottom of the air spring is fixedly connected with the middle of the top of the longitudinal beam, the top of the air spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding table, and the sliding table is hinged to the suspension frame body through the connecting rod. The suspension frame adopts an I-shaped framework, so that the structure is more stable. The air spring is arranged in the middle of the longitudinal beam, so that the vehicle has better curve passing capacity. A suspension frame decoupling mode is replaced by an electromagnet decoupling mode, the structure is simple, accumulative errors are small, the space of chassis equipment can be increased, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
