The invention discloses a tire wear monitoring device. The tire wear monitoring device comprises an electronic tag array and a hardware acquisition module, wherein the electronic tag array comprises a plurality of electronic tags arranged at different thicknesses in a tire body, and the thickness of the electronic tag array is in positive correlation with the thickness of the tire body; the hardware acquisition module is arranged on an external structure of the vehicle; and the hardware acquisition module is used for monitoring the damage condition of each electronic tag in the electronic tag array and determining the wear condition of the tire according to the damage condition of each electronic tag. The size of the wear monitoring system is greatly reduced, explosive and vulnerable elements possibly related to a power supply system are removed, and it is guaranteed that the performance of tires is not affected.
本发明公开了一种轮胎磨损监测装置,包括电子标签阵列和硬件采集模块;其中,电子标签阵列包括若干设置于轮胎胎体内不同厚度处的电子标签,且电子标签阵列的厚度与轮胎胎体的厚度呈正相关;硬件采集模块设置于车辆的外部结构上;硬件采集模块,用于监测电子标签阵列中每一电子标签的损坏情况,并根据每一电子标签的损坏情况确定轮胎的磨损情况。本发明极大地减小了磨损监测系统的体积,并剔除了供电系统可能涉及的易爆易损元件,保障了轮胎的性能不受影响。
