The invention relates to an underground cavern entrance and exit passage management method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring wireless beacon information collected by at least two detection terminals at an entrance and an exit of an underground cavern at each sampling moment; wherein the wireless beacon information comprises identification information and signal strength of a wireless beacon; determining attribute information of a passing object carrying the wireless beacon according to the identification information of the wireless beacon; according to the deployment position information of each detection terminal and the wireless beacon information collected by each detection terminal at each sampling moment, determining the passing direction of the passing object passing through the entrance and exit; and according to the attribute information and the passing direction of the passing object, carrying out passing management on the passing object entering and exiting the underground cavern. By adopting the method, the management efficiency of passing personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the underground cavern can be improved.
