The invention discloses an intelligent diagnosis method for turnout switching equipment. The method comprises the steps that a target current data set of target turnout equipment is acquired, and a current characteristic matrix matched with the target current data set is obtained based on a preset characteristic value calculation model; performing clustering analysis on each current characteristic value in the current characteristic matrix through a preset clustering model to obtain each target characteristic value conforming to a preset standard, and forming a target characteristic set; calculating the gravity center of the target feature set, and obtaining a detection safety domain of the target turnout equipment based on the gravity center and each target feature value; and obtaining target detection data of target turnout equipment, and judging whether the target detection data is normal data or not based on the detection security domain so as to perform fault detection on the target turnout equipment. According to the technical scheme, fault detection of the turnout equipment can be achieved, and the working efficiency and the detection accuracy of fault detection work of the turnout equipment are improved.

    本发明公开了一种道岔转换设备智能诊断方法。该方法包括:获取目标道岔设备的目标电流数据集,并基于预设的特征值计算模型得到与所述目标电流数据集匹配的电流特征矩阵;对所述电流特征矩阵中的各电流特征值通过预设的聚类模型进行聚类分析,得到符合预设标准的各目标特征值,形成目标特征合集;计算目标特征合集的重心,并基于重心与各目标特征值,获得所述目标道岔设备的检测安全域;获取目标道岔设备的目标检测数据,并基于所述检测安全域判断所述目标检测数据是否为正常数据,以对所述目标道岔设备进行故障检测。通过本发明的技术方案,能够实现对道岔设备的故障检测,提高了道岔设备故障检测工作的工作效率以及检测准确度。
