The invention discloses a dual-redundancy hydraulic rotor tilting mechanism control system. The system comprises a flight control system and a tilting control module, the tilting control module is composed of two control units, an interface unit, a hydraulic tilting device and a sensor unit. The flight control system outputs a tilting signal to the tilting control module, the interface unit selects to switch the corresponding control unit according to channel fault logic judgment, receives and processes external data collected by the sensor unit, and uploads the external data and the tilting signal to the control unit to obtain the rotating speed of the hydraulic tilting device. And the hydraulic tilting device is controlled to rotate by a corresponding angle. Control design is conducted on the hydraulic rotor wing tilting mechanism, and the fault tolerance is improved for the tilting mechanism to stably output high-density torque in a vibration-free mode; by adopting dual-redundancy setting of the master control unit and the slave control unit, normal work of the whole system can be guaranteed when a single control part fails, and the hardware function, performance and maintainability of the system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种双余度液压旋翼倾转机构控制系统,该系统包括飞行控制系统和倾转控制模块;所述倾转控制模块由两个控制单元、接口单元、液压倾转装置和传感器单元组成;所述飞行控制系统输出倾转信号给倾转控制模块,接口单元根据通道故障逻辑判定选择切换对应控制单元,接口单元接收处理传感器单元采集的外部数据,与倾转信号共同上传给控制单元得到液压倾转装置旋转速度,并控制液压倾转装置旋转相应角度。本发明针对液压旋翼倾转机构进行控制设计,为倾转机构能够平稳无震地输出高密度扭矩提高容错性;通过采用主从控制单元双余度设置,可以保障单个控制部分故障时整体系统正常工作,有助于提高系统硬件功能和性能和可维护性。
