The invention relates to the technical field of water quality monitoring, and particularly discloses depth-adjustable water quality detection equipment which comprises a shell, an air bag is arranged at the lower end of the shell, a water absorption mechanism is arranged in the shell and comprises a water pipe, a depth adjusting mechanism is arranged in the shell and comprises a motor, and a worm is connected to an output shaft of the motor. The bottom end of the movable column is fixedly connected with a matching block; the water pipe is clamped on the matching block; a threaded column is arranged at the top end of the movable column; a fixed sleeve is arranged on the shell; a water flow control mechanism is arranged between the second water tank and the third water tank, and a water quality detection mechanism for detecting water quality is arranged in the detection box; the technical problem that the detection result is inaccurate due to the fact that existing water quality detection equipment cannot monitor water quality at different depths is solved.
