The invention discloses an intelligent tower type oil pumping unit which comprises a tower, a platform, a transmission mechanism, a balancing device, a slow descending device, a guide mechanism and a control mechanism. The tower is fixed to the ground, the platform is located on the top of the tower, the transmission mechanism is fixed to the platform, and one end of the guide mechanism is connected with a platform shaft. The balancing device is connected with one end of the transmission belt which bypasses the transmission mechanism and the guide mechanism, and the other end of the transmission belt is connected with the beam hanger. When the guide mechanism is connected with the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is used for driving the other end of the guide mechanism to move in the direction away from the wellhead. One end of the slow descending device is connected with the balancing device, and the other end of the slow descending device makes contact with the guide rail. The problems that when an existing oil pumping unit conducts abdicating, abdicating needs to be conducted in the mode that a whole machine moves or a guide arm stretches out and draws back, the workload is large, and potential safety hazards exist are solved; the slow descending effect is poor due to the fact that slow descending of the counter weight is achieved through friction or stopping block speed reduction.
本发明公开了一种智能塔架式抽油机,包括:塔架、平台、传动机构、平衡装置、缓降装置、导向机构以及控制机构;塔架固定在地面上,平台处于塔架顶部,传动机构固定在平台上,导向机构的一端与平台轴连接;平衡装置连接传动带的一端,传动带分别绕过传动机构和导向机构,另一端与悬绳器连接;导向机构另一端处于井口上方,当导向机构与传动机构连接时,传动机构用于带动导向机构的另一端向远离井口方向运动;塔架上内部具有竖直设置的导轨,缓降装置一端连接平衡装置,另一端与导轨接触。以解决以往抽油机在进行让位时,需要通过整机移动或伸缩导向臂的方式进行让位,工作量大,存在安全隐患;配重缓降通过摩擦或挡块减速,缓降效果不好的问题。
