The invention relates to the field of polymer graft modification, and relates to a graft copolymer and a preparation method thereof, a rubber composition, application and a tire. The graft copolymer comprises a main chain and a polar side chain with a bond chain on the main chain; the main chain comprises a structural unit a from a conjugated diene monomer, a structural unit b from halogenated alkyl styrene and an optional structural unit c from a vinyl compound, and the polar side chain comprises a structural unit d from a polar monomer, the grafted copolymer also contains a dithiocarbonate end group or a trithiocarbonate end group which is connected to the tail end of the polar side chain. The grafted copolymer contains a polar side chain, so that the grafted copolymer has excellent compatibility with carbon black, silicon dioxide and a polar polymer, the mechanical property of a rubber composition containing the copolymer can be remarkably improved, the wet grip performance is improved, heat generation is reduced, and the grafted copolymer has wide application prospects in the fields of high-performance tire manufacturing, plastic modification and the like.

    本发明涉及聚合物接枝改性领域,涉及一种接枝共聚物及其制备方法、橡胶组合物、应用和轮胎。所述接枝共聚物包含主链和键链在所述主链上的极性侧链;所述主链包含来自共轭二烯单体的结构单元a、来自卤代烷基苯乙烯的结构单元b和可选的来自乙烯基化合物的结构单元c,所述极性侧链包含来自极性单体的结构单元d,其中,所述接枝共聚物还含有连接在所述极性侧链的末端的二硫代碳酸酯端基或三硫代碳酸酯端基。该接枝共聚物含有极性侧链,使得其与炭黑、二氧化硅以及极性聚合物之间具有优异的相容性,能够显著提高包含该共聚物的橡胶组合物的力学性能,改善湿抓地性能并降低生热,能够在高性能轮胎制造、塑料改性等领域有广泛的应用前景。
