The invention belongs to the technical field of cylinder body lifting devices, and particularly relates to an engine cylinder body lifting device which comprises a lifting appliance, and one face of the lifting appliance is rotationally connected with a lifting hook; a sliding block is slidably connected to the face, close to the lifting hook, of the lifting appliance, a through hole communicated with the interior of the sliding block is formed in the top of the lifting appliance, and an insertion rod penetrating through the through hole and entering the sliding block is slidably inserted into the top of the lifting appliance; after an iron chain and a lifting hook are matched to lift the engine cylinder body, a sliding block on the lifting appliance slides, the sliding block drives a telescopic plate to move towards the direction of the lifting hook, clamping plates are located on the two sides of the engine cylinder body at the moment, and after the positions of the clamping plates are determined, inserting rods penetrate through through holes to enter the sliding block to fix the clamping plates; at the moment, when the lifting appliance moves, the engine cylinder body below the lifting hook does not shake along with the lifting appliance, and the situation that the engine cylinder body shakes to collide with a worker aside or is damaged by collision is effectively avoided.

    本发明属于缸体吊运装置技术领域,具体的说是一种发动机缸体吊运装置,包括吊具,所述吊具的一面转动连接有吊钩;所述吊具靠近吊钩的一面滑动连接有滑动块,所述吊具的顶部开设有和滑动块内部相连通的通孔,所述吊具的顶部滑动插设有穿过通孔并进入滑动块内的插杆;本发明通过当使用铁链和吊钩配合着将发动机缸体吊起后,滑动吊具上的滑动块,让滑动块带着伸缩板向吊钩方向移动,此时夹板处于发动机缸体的两侧,待确定好夹板位置后,利用插杆穿过通孔进入到滑动块内将其固定,此时吊具在进行移动时,吊钩下方的发动机缸体不会在跟随晃动,有效的避免发动机缸体晃动碰撞到一旁的工作人员或是被磕坏的情况发生。
