The rocket tail section overturning lifting appliance comprises a lifting beam and a rocker, the lifting beam comprises a first sub-beam and a second sub-beam which are connected, and a first included angle is formed between the first sub-beam and the second sub-beam; the rocker comprises a first sub-rod and a second sub-rod which are connected, and a second included angle is formed between the first sub-rod and the second sub-rod; a lifting ring is arranged at the free end of the second sub-beam; the first sub-rod is rotationally connected with the free end of the first sub-beam with the extending direction of the first sub-beam as the axis, and the second sub-rod is fixedly connected with the rocket tail section. When the first sub-rod rotates, the center-of-gravity position of the rocket tail section is unchanged, and the axis penetrates through the center of gravity of the rocket tail section. Force is applied to the rocker to enable the tail section of the rocket to start to turn over, and the tail section of the rocket turns over to the horizontal state under the action of gravity; compared with the prior art, the rocket tail section overturning lifting appliance has the advantages that the lifting beam and the rocker are arranged, and the axis always penetrates through the gravity center of the rocket tail section, so that the rotating torque needing to be overcome during overturning is very small, overturning is easy to achieve, and the overturning efficiency is remarkably improved.
