The invention discloses a vibration suppression device for a vertical steel wire rope of a mine hoist and the mine hoist, and relates to the technical field of mining machinery. The vibration suppression device comprises an elevator container, a plurality of vertical steel wire ropes are fixedly connected to the top of the elevator container, each vertical steel wire rope is provided with at least two vibration suppression modules in the vertical direction, and the installation directions of every two adjacent vibration suppression modules are perpendicular to each other. According to a parameter vibration theory, the length of the simple pendulum and the mass of the heavy hammer are designed by adopting a vibration frequency adjusting thought, and vibration of the steel wire rope is effectively transferred to swinging of the simple pendulum, so that the purpose of suppressing vibration of the steel wire rope is achieved; the problem of signal transmission time lag or interruption caused by severe mine environment is avoided, the device is safer and more reliable, external stress of the steel wire rope can be balanced through the double-single-pendulum structure, and the vibration frequency coverage range can be increased.

    本发明公开了矿井提升机垂向钢丝绳振动抑制装置及矿井提升机,涉及矿山机械技术领域。本发明包括提升机容器,所述提升机容器的顶部固定连接有多根垂向钢丝绳,每根垂向钢丝绳沿竖直方向均安装有至少两个振动抑制模块,且相邻两个振动抑制模块安装方向相互垂直。本发明以参数振动理论为依据,采用调节振动频率思路设计单摆长度与重锤质量,有效的将钢丝绳振动转移至单摆摆动,从而达到抑制钢丝绳振动的目的,抑制振动过程中无需信号传输与控制,避免了因矿井环境恶劣而造成信号传输时滞或中断问题,使得装置更加安全可靠,且通过双单摆结构,不仅可以平衡钢丝绳的外部受力,还可以增加振动频率覆盖范围。
