The invention belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle power system thermal management, and particularly relates to a fixed-wing small fuel cell unmanned aerial vehicle cabin thermal management method which is used for fuel cell thermal management of a fixed-wing small fuel cell unmanned aerial vehicle. The multi-point distribution position comprises a cabin air inlet channel, a fuel cell cooling fan outlet, a fuel cell side surface, a fuel cell stack interior and a cabin exhaust channel; taking a multi-point temperature average value as a cabin average temperature; pID control is carried out based on the deviation between the cabin average temperature and the target temperature to obtain a temperature control signal, wherein the target temperature is the environment temperature needed in fuel cell thermal management; and regulating and controlling the environment temperature in the cabin according to the temperature control signal, repeating the process, finally enabling the average temperature of the cabin to reach the target temperature, and realizing the cabin thermal management of the fixed-wing small fuel cell unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the invention, a suitable working temperature can be provided for the power system of the small fixed-wing fuel cell unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明属于无人机动力系统热管理领域,具体涉及一种固定翼小型燃料电池无人机机舱热管理方法,用于固定翼小型燃料电池无人机燃料电池热管理,包括:获取机舱内多点温度,多点的分布位置包括机舱进气道、燃料电池散热风扇出口、燃料电池侧面、燃料电池电堆内部以及机舱排气道;取多点温度平均值作为机舱平均温度;基于机舱平均温度与目标温度的偏差进行PID控制得到温度控制信号,其中目标温度为燃料电池热管理中所需的环境温度;根据温度控制信号进行机舱内环境温度的调控,重复上述过程,最终使得机舱平均温度达到目标温度,实现固定翼小型燃料电池无人机机舱热管理。本发明能为小型固定翼燃料电池无人机动力系统提供适宜的工作温度。
