The invention discloses an aircraft wheel complete ejection load spectrum dynamic simulation system and method, and the system comprises a movable towing bracket, an aircraft wheel, and a flywheel which is used for providing the speed for the aircraft wheel. The loading module is used for providing a load for an aircraft wheel; the state observation module is used for pre-estimating and measuring the load of the aircraft wheel; the FFC + FBC composite control module is used for controlling the loading module to simulate the load change of the aircraft wheel when the aircraft wheel is completely catapulted; the system can accurately measure the load borne by the aircraft wheels and perform high-sensitivity adjustment, has a rapid following property, can reduce the static difference of the load and improve the response effect, and further can completely and truly reflect the high loading rate and the loading rate sudden change characteristic in the catapult-assisted take-off process of the aircraft, so that the aircraft catapult-assisted take-off performance of the aircraft is improved, and the aircraft catapult-assisted take-off performance of the aircraft is improved. Therefore, the tire characteristics and the service life of the aircraft in the catapult-assisted take-off process can be tested.

    本发明公开了一种飞机机轮完整弹射载荷谱动态模拟系统及方法,所述系统包括活动拖架、飞机机轮以及用于为飞机机轮提供速度的飞轮,用于为飞机机轮提供载荷的加载模块、用于对飞机机轮载荷进行预估测量的状态观测模块以及用于控制所述加载模块模拟飞机机轮在完整弹射时载荷变化的FFC+FBC复合控制模块;本发明系统可以较为准确地测量飞机机轮所受载荷,并进行高灵敏度的调整,具有快速跟随性,可减少载荷静差,提高响应效果,进而能够较为完整、真实地反映出飞机弹射起飞过程中的高加载速率、加载速率突变特性,以便于测试飞机弹射起飞过程中的轮胎特性和使用寿命。
