The invention discloses a propeller blade folding mechanism which comprises a rotary driving shaft, propeller blades and a folding driving assembly, the folding driving assembly is used for folding the propeller blades, driven gears on the two sides of a driving gear rotate in the opposite directions under the driving of the folding driving shaft, and in order to achieve the purpose that the propeller blades are folded in the same direction, the driven gears rotate in the opposite directions. The number of the driven gears located on the two sides of the driving gear is an odd number and an even number. According to the propeller blade folding mechanism, folding of the blades in the plane of the rotor wing is achieved, compared with the scheme that the blades are folded along the rotor wing shaft, the requirement for the design length of the rotor wing shaft is lowered, and resistance in the flight process is limited. Meanwhile, the folding mechanism has the advantages that the rotation center of the folding drive coincides with the shimmy hinge of the rotor wing, an additional folding drive assembly for achieving folding is simple in structure, certain rigidity can be provided for shimmy of the rotor wing, and the dynamics problem of the rotor wing in the rotation plane is solved.

    本发明公开一种螺旋桨叶折叠机构,包括旋转驱动轴、螺旋桨叶和折叠驱动组件,折叠驱动组件用于对螺旋桨叶进行折叠,在折叠驱动轴的带动下,主动齿轮两侧的从动齿轮向相反方向转动,为了实现螺旋桨叶的折叠处于同一方向,位于主动齿轮两侧的从动齿轮数量分别为奇数个和偶数个。本发明中的螺旋桨叶折叠机构,实现旋翼平面内的桨叶折叠,与沿旋翼轴折叠桨叶的方案相比,对旋翼轴的设计长度需求降低,使飞行过程中的阻力得到限制。同时,该折叠机构的优点还在于,折叠驱动的旋转中心与旋翼的摆振铰重合,为实现折叠额外附加的折叠驱动组件结构简单,还能够为旋翼摆振提供一定的刚度,改善旋翼在旋转平面内的动力学问题。
