The invention discloses a ventilation resistance reduction device for a rotary underwater vehicle and a manufacturing method, and belongs to the technical field of underwater resistance reduction. The ventilation and resistance reduction device is of a radial structure, each radial branch is a ventilation and resistance reduction unit, an airflow inlet of each ventilation and resistance reduction unit is located in the radial center, and an outlet of each ventilation and resistance reduction unit is located at the tail end of the corresponding radial branch. The output end of the air supply system is communicated with openings of all the radiation branches of the radiation center, air flow is discharged from tail end outlets through air flow channels of all the radiation branches, and a uniform annular anti-drag air film layer is formed. Ventilation can be carried out according to a set path, a uniform anti-drag air film layer is formed on the anti-drag surface, and the situation that the overall ventilation effect is affected due to different local external pressure is avoided; according to the invention, uniform air supply can be carried out on the surface of the rotary underwater vehicle, and the problem of poor underwater drag reduction and acceleration effects caused by different local pressures of the rotary underwater vehicle is solved.

    本发明一种用于回转体水下航行器的通气减阻装置与制造方法,属于水下减阻技术领域;所述通气减阻装置为放射状结构,每个放射支路为一个通气减阻单元,其气流入口均位于放射中心,出口位于各放射支路的末端;供气系统的输出端与放射中心各放射支路的口连通,气流经各放射支路的气流通道从末端出口排出,形成均匀的环形减阻气膜层。本发明能够根据设定路径通气,在减阻表面形成均匀的减阻气膜层,不会因局部所受外部压力不同而影响整体通气效果;本发明能够对回转体水下航行器表面进行均匀补气,解决了回转体水下航行器因局部压力不同导致水下减阻提速效果不佳的问题。
