The invention provides a machining method of a guide vane nozzle and the guide vane nozzle, and belongs to the technical field of water spraying propulsion. The guide vane nozzle comprises a first part and a second part which are connected, a water outlet is formed in the end, away from the second part, of the first part, and a water inlet is formed in the end, away from the first part, of the second part. The machining method comprises the steps that steel is cast to form the first part; casting the aluminum material to form the second part; and the first part and the second part are connected together, and the guide vane nozzle is obtained. The durability of the guide vane nozzle can be improved, and then the propulsion performance and reliability of the water jet propulsion pump are improved.
