The invention discloses a port ship management method and system based on an AIS base station, and relates to the technical field of ship management, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a port ship dynamic update table through the AIS base station, and obtaining the predicted state data of a port arrival ship; constructing ship staying prediction models in one-to-one correspondence with the ship models; predicting and calculating the departure time of each current ship of the port; based on the actual departure time of the ship, updating the ship dynamic updating table in real time, and synchronously updating and training the ship staying prediction model; obtaining a predicted arrival ship table; predicting the residual ship capacity of the port in the next analysis period; and intelligently planning the ship entering the port in the next analysis period. The method has the advantages that the port ships are reasonably analyzed and managed based on the port ship information collected by the AIS base station, the working efficiency of the port can be effectively improved, efficient and ordered operation of the port is guaranteed, and optimal management of the port ships is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于AIS基站的港口船舶管理方法及系统,涉及船舶管理技术领域,包括:通过AIS基站构建港口船舶动态更新表,并获取预计到港船舶状态数据;构建与船舶型号一一对应的船舶停留预测模型;预测计算港口的当前每一条船舶的离港时间;基于船舶实际离港时间,实时更新船舶动态更新表,并同步更新训练船舶停留预测模型;得到预计到港船舶表;预测港口在下一分析周期剩余船舶容量;进行智能规划下一分析周期内的入港船舶。本发明的优点在于:基于AIS基站采集的港口船舶信息,进行合理的分析管理港口船舶,可有效的提高港口的工作效率,进而保证港口的高效有序化的运行,实现港口船舶的优化管理。
