The invention discloses permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive braking equipment for an escalator and a braking method, and relates to the technical field of braking equipment.The permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive braking equipment comprises a right-angle plate, a second motor, a driving wheel, a braking unit, an ash removal unit, a rust removal unit, a drying unit, a hot air unit and a central processing unit; the braking unit is arranged on one side of the first frame body, the ash removal unit is arranged on the front face of the first frame body, the rust removal unit is arranged on the front face of the first frame body, the drying unit is arranged on the inner wall of the back face of the first frame body and used for absorbing moisture around a driving wheel, and the hot air unit is arranged at the top of the first frame body and used for drying the driving wheel. The drying device is used for drying the driving wheel. The pressure of the friction plate on the driving wheel can be detected, the situation that the pressure of the friction plate on the driving wheel is too large or too small is avoided, meanwhile, water in the water tank can absorb heat generated by friction between the friction plate and the driving wheel, and damage of the heat to the driving wheel and the friction plate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯用永磁同步电机直驱制动设备及制动方法,涉及制动设备技术领域,包括直角板、电机二、驱动轮、制动单元、清灰单元、除锈单元、干燥单元、热风单元和中央处理单元,所述直角板的正面安装有框体一,所述制动单元设置在框体一的一侧,所述清灰单元设置在框体一的正面,所述除锈单元设置在框体一的正面,所述干燥单元设置在框体一的背面内壁,用来对驱动轮周围的湿气进行吸收,所述热风单元设置在框体一的顶部,用来对驱动轮进行烘干。本发明能够检测摩擦片对驱动轮的压力,避免摩擦片对驱动轮的压力过大或过小,同时水箱内的水可以吸收摩擦片与驱动轮摩擦产生的热量,降低热量对驱动轮和摩擦片的伤害。
