The embodiment of the invention provides a hydraulic control device for ship moving trolleys, which comprises a hydraulic module, a hydraulic control module and a hydraulic control module, and is characterized in that the hydraulic module is communicated with other multiple groups of ship moving trolleys through external pipelines so as to realize pressure self-balance of jacking oil cylinders of the multiple groups of ship moving trolleys; the first electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the hydraulic oil pipe and an external pipeline communicated with other groups of ship moving trolleys; the control module is used for monitoring an ascending or descending instruction of the jacking oil cylinder and controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed; when the multiple sets of ship moving trolleys do not ascend or descend, the control module controls all the electromagnetic valves to enable hydraulic pipelines of the multiple sets of ship moving trolleys to be connected in series, and self-balance of pressure of jacking oil cylinders of the multiple sets of ship moving trolleys is achieved; the control module closes the first electromagnetic valve communicated between the jacking oil cylinder and the oil tank of the ship moving trolley in the group, so that hydraulic oil of the lifting oil cylinder is prevented from being pressed back to the oil tank of the ship moving trolley in the group, and pressure self-balance of the multiple groups of ship moving trolleys is maintained.

    本发明实施例提供了一种移船小车液压控制装置,包括:液压模块,通过外接管路与其它多组移船小车进行连通,以能够实现多组移船小车的顶升油缸的压力自平衡;第一电磁阀,其用以控制液压油管与其它组移船小车连通的外接管路的连通或断开;控制模块,其用以监控顶升油缸上升或下降指令,控制电磁阀开闭;在多组移船小车均未进行上升或下降的操作时,控制模块控制各个电磁阀使得多组移船小车的液压管路串联,实现多组移船小车的顶升油缸压力的自平衡,在多组移船小车过驳的过程中,通过控制模块关闭其所在组移船小车的顶升油缸与油箱之间连通的第一电磁阀,以避免升降油缸的液压油被压回至其所在组移船小车的油箱,维持多组移船小车的压力自平衡。
