The lifting appliance pulley assembly is combined with the balance pulley, so that the driving torque of a hoisting mechanism can be greatly reduced, the lengths of steel wire ropes on the two sides of the balance pulley can be automatically compensated, the stability of a lifted object in the lifting process is ensured, and horizontal shaking and circumferential deflection of the lifted object in the lifting process are reduced; therefore, the problem that the lifting appliance cannot automatically grab and release due to large shaking quantity of grabbed objects during long-stroke lifting is solved.
