The invention provides a glass grabbing device and glass hoisting equipment, and relates to a glass curtain wall construction technology. The glass grabbing device comprises a supporting frame, a purging assembly and a grabbing assembly, and the purging assembly is movably connected to the supporting frame and used for passing through the upper portion of glass before grabbing the glass and outputting purging airflow in the direction of the glass. And the grabbing assembly comprises a mounting support and a suction cup arranged on the mounting support, and the mounting support is arranged on the supporting frame and can do lifting motion relative to the supporting frame, so that the suction cup is provided with a grabbing position lower than the blowing assembly and a to-be-grabbed position higher than the blowing assembly. According to the glass grabbing device, before the suction cups are used for grabbing the glass, the sweeping airflow output by the sweeping assembly is used for cleaning the surface of the glass, the suction cups are prevented from being damaged, and the safety in the glass hoisting process is improved.
