And if the pressure detected for multiple times is continuously reduced, the abrasion of the wheel groove can be judged.

    本发明公开了一种曳引轮磨损度监测装置及其方法,涉及曳引轮领域,包括监测装置主体,所述监测装置主体的顶部安装有监测结构,且监测装置主体的底端设置有伸缩板。本发明通过设置激光测距仪、激光接收器和压力传感器,激光测距仪通过多次向轮槽发射激光,激光接收器接收反射激光后,可测定目标距离,微处理器通过多次目标距离的差异,可分析出曳引轮主体轮槽的磨损情况,调节板上的两个压力传感器以及半球块监测器插入到其他轮槽中,两个半球块监测器不断与轮槽的侧壁贴合并挤压,由于轮槽内壁的厚度不同,使得半球块监测器与其挤压产生的压力也不同,进而不同的压力被压力传感器检测后,若多次检测的压力不断减小,则可判断出轮槽出现磨损。
