The invention discloses a novel building structure for relieving the chimney effect of a high-rise building and a control method, and relates to the field of building technology science and elevators, the novel building structure comprises a pressure relief shaft, a one-way airflow channel, a pressure relief mechanism, a monitoring system and an intelligent control system, and the pressure relief shaft is arranged on one side of an elevator shaft; the one-way airflow channels are arranged on the top layer and the bottom layer of the pressure relief channel, the pressure relief shaft and the elevator shaft are communicated through the one-way airflow channels, the pressure relief mechanisms are arranged above the pressure relief shaft and the elevator landing door respectively, the monitoring system comprises pressure measuring plates, an indoor thermometer and an outdoor thermometer, and the pressure measuring plates are arranged on the two sides of the elevator landing door. The indoor thermometers are evenly arranged in an elevator shaft, the outdoor thermometers are arranged on the outer wall of a building, and the pressure relief mechanism, the pressure measuring plate, the indoor thermometers and the outdoor thermometers are all electrically connected with the intelligent control system. The influence of the chimney effect on elevator operation can be reduced, and smooth operation of the elevator is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种缓解高层建筑烟囱效应的新型建筑构造及控制方法,涉及建筑技术科学和电梯机领域,包括泄压井道、单向气流通道、泄压机构、监测系统和智能控制系统,泄压井道设置在电梯井道的一侧,单向气流通道设置在泄压通道的顶层和底层,泄压井道与电梯井道通过单向气流通道相连通,泄压机构分别设置在泄压井道和电梯厅门上方,监测系统包括测压板、室内温度计和室外温度计,测压板设置在电梯厅门的两侧,室内温度计均匀设置在电梯井道内,室外温度计设置在建筑物外壁上,泄压机构、测压板、室内温度计、室外温度计均与智能控制系统电连接。本发明能够降低烟囱效应对电梯运行产生影响,保障电梯的顺利运行。
