The composition of the at least one circumferential reinforcing element is based on at least one diene elastomer, a reinforcing filler comprising a carbon black having a specific surface area STSA of greater than or equal to 90 m2/g as measured according to standard D6556-2016, an epoxy resin, an amine curing agent and a crosslinking system.
