The invention provides a power generation and refrigeration integrated device which is characterized in that a stator component, a permanent magnet rotor component, a casing and a cooling jacket form a generator body, the cooling jacket sleeves the casing, a first-stage turbine and a second-stage turbine are connected through a first-stage and second-stage connecting pipeline, and a front bearing seat and a rear bearing seat are arranged on two sides of the casing respectively. The first-stage turbine is connected with one end of the permanent magnet rotor part through a first pull rod and a front shaft section, and the second-stage turbine is connected with the other end of the permanent magnet rotor part through a second pull rod and a rear shaft section; the permanent magnet rotor part, the front shaft section, the rear shaft section, the first-stage turbine and the second-stage turbine are coaxial and are connected and combined into a shaft system through the first pull rod and the second pull rod, the first-stage volute is arranged on the outer side of the first-stage turbine, and the second-stage volute is arranged on the outer side of the second-stage turbine. By applying the technical scheme, the technical problem that in the prior art, the dual requirements of power generation and refrigeration of the high-speed aircraft are difficult to meet at the same time is solved.
