The invention discloses a storage battery energy storage power supply system control and energy management method. The energy distribution strategy and charging and discharging control of an energy storage system and a generator system are optimized. The method mainly comprises the steps that when an energy storage system and a generator system work cooperatively, power pre-distribution is achieved through a voltage loop and power feedforward, high-frequency and low-frequency decoupling of power is achieved through a second-order low-pass filter, and a high-frequency power component and a low-frequency power component are distributed to the energy storage system and the generator system respectively; and meanwhile, the power is limited to prevent the storage battery from being damaged. Second-order filtering is adopted by the low-pass filter, variable bandwidth design is added, power distribution precision can be improved, terminal voltage can be kept constant, overcharge and overdischarge of the storage battery can be avoided, and control optimization of the energy storage system is achieved. The energy storage system adopts a two-stage charging method based on storage battery characteristics and load requirements, electric energy can be quickly supplemented in the operation process, and the effects of improving the system power and reducing the capacity of a power supply system of the energy storage system are fully exerted.

    本发明公开了一种蓄电池储能供电系统控制及能量管理方法,优化了储能系统与发电机系统的能量分配策略和充放电控制。主要包括储能系统与发电机系统协同工作时,采用电压环和功率前馈实现功率的预分配,通过二阶低通滤波器实现功率的高低频解耦,并分别将高频功率分量和低频功率分量分配给储能系统和发电机系统,同时对功率进行限幅避免损坏蓄电池。低通滤波器采用二阶滤波并增加变带宽设计,能提高功率分配的精度,既可保持端电压恒定,又能避免蓄电池的过充过放,实现储能系统控制优化。储能系统基于蓄电池特性和负载需求采用二阶段充电法,能在运行过程中快速补充电能,充分发挥储能系统提高系统功率,降低电源系统容量的作用。
