The invention discloses a ground-air child-mother machine system for patrolling police accident chasing. The system comprises a mother machine system of a ground unmanned vehicle base station and a son machine system of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection. The mother machine is provided with a three-dimensional laser radar and a depth camera and is used for judging whether illegal behaviors occur in a scene or not. The master system is equipped with a communication module for commanding the unmanned aerial vehicle to patrol and criminals to pursue. The mother machine provides a mobile charging function and is used for prolonging the patrol time of the unmanned aerial vehicle. And the sub-machine can realize the pursuit of high-speed criminals regardless of terrains. And the sub-machine system is provided with a three-dimensional laser radar and a depth camera, so that visual reconstruction of criminals, roads, vehicles and building environments in a patrol accident scene can be realized. By combining the communication and cruising ability of the ground mother machine and the barrier-free movement and scene information sensing ability of the aerial son machine, criminals can be effectively assisted in chasing actions. And when a police comes out, the mother machine opens the cabin, the son machine is released, and the mother machine controls the son machine to carry out monitoring and tracking.
