The invention discloses an urban traffic road condition acquisition method and system, belongs to the field of traffic road condition analysis and acquisition, relates to an information processing technology, and aims to avoid the problem of local queuing congestion caused by accidents such as traffic accidents or vehicle lane change jam of a target analysis road section and guarantee full and effective utilization of resources of the target analysis road section. A data acquisition module installed at a data acquisition point acquires road condition information of a driving vehicle in real time and sends the road condition information to a road condition analysis module for real-time analysis, and an LED induction screen at an uplink ramp entrance of a target analysis road section is dynamically associated for guidance control. Subsequent entering driving vehicles of the target analysis road section are guided to other roads or road sections in time, and are guided to enter the target analysis road section again to pass after avoiding local congestion queuing road sections, so that resources of other road sections are fully utilized on the premise of effectively avoiding congestion queuing of the target analysis road section; the method is of great significance to effective utilization of the target analysis road section and improvement of urban traffic efficiency.

    本发明公开了城市交通路况的采集方法及系统,属于交通路况分析与采集领域,涉及信息处理技术,目的在于规避目标分析路段交通事故或车辆变道加塞等事件造成的局部排队拥堵问题,和保障目标分析路段资源的充分有效利用;通过安装在数据采集点的数据采集模块实时获取行驶车辆的路况信息并发送至路况分析模块进行实时分析,并动态关联目标分析路段的上行匝道入口的LED诱导屏进行引导控制,将目标分析路段的后续进入行驶车辆及时引导至其他道路或路段,避开局部拥堵排队路段后又重新引流进入目标分析路段通行,从而在有效避免目标分析路段拥堵排队的前提下充分利用其他路段资源,这对于目标分析路段的有效利用和提高城市交通通行效率具有重要意义。
