Aiming at the characteristics of short front overhang and limited energy absorption space of a target vehicle model, a coping strategy is formulated at the beginning of redesign to meet GB11551, a basic structure of the section of the longitudinal beam is designed, and on the basis of the basic structure, only materials and material thicknesses of the longitudinal beam body and the reinforcing plate in the longitudinal beam body need to be adjusted, so that the longitudinal beam body and the reinforcing plate in the longitudinal beam body are not required to be redesigned.
