Whether the forklift can cross obstacles or not is judged, the speed reduction position of the forklift is judged, and therefore it is guaranteed that the forklift does not topple over goods, speed reduction is conducted with the maximum speed reduction effect, operation of other forklifts is prevented from being affected, the transportation efficiency of the forklift is improved, and casualties and property losses caused by forward toppling over of the forklift and the goods are prevented.

    本发明涉及智能运输技术领域,且公开了一种新能源叉车安全智能化操作系统,包括:训练不同速度的叉车在运输不同重量的物品时,不同重量的物品在不同的驾驶重心高度时所能适合的最大制动效果,根据视觉单元、高度探测单元以及重量采集单元所采集的数据,加以处理分析,形成驾驶策略,保证作业的安全进行,该新能源叉车安全智能化操作系统,根据障碍物的具体情况,结合装载于叉车货叉上的货物的重心高度,判断叉车是否能够越过障碍物,判断叉车进行减速的位置,从而使叉车在保证叉车与货物不倾倒的同时,以最大减速效果进行减速,防止影响其他叉车作业,提高叉车运输效率,防止叉车和货物向前倾倒造成人员伤亡和财产损失。
